Bore-Max Joins GAL Family of Companies
We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Bore-Max, a California-based producer of custom hydraulic elevator components who’s product line includes pump units, jacks, slings and platform packages.
Says Mark Boelhouwer, President and CEO of GAL: “Bore-Max is a great addition to the GAL family. This move will permit us to introduce a range of new hydraulic solutions to our portfolio and provide even stronger regional support to our many West Coast customers. The Sturms have built a solid business, and we look forward to working alongside the entire Bore-Max teal to grow our combined company together.”
Founded in 1969, Bore-Max will continue to be led by Brett Sturm and the company will remain headquartered in El Monte, California.
